What is your quality guarantee?

We have complete faith in our products, to the extent that we are proud of them. Any errors in material, design or printing will be fully refunded or re-produced and shipped with no additional cost to you. WE WANT YOU TO LOVE THE PRODUCT YOU GET, NOT JUST LIKE IT

What is the printing technology you use?

The printing technology used for the canvas banner printing is eco-solvent and latex printing.

What is the material you use?

The material used for the canvas banner is the same as used for our canvas prints and it is based on a cotton blend material as opposed to other sellers who may use cheap plastic based canvases

What size can we order?

Any size between 8″x8″ to 54″ x 54′  for with frame and unlimited size for without frame. In this contest it should be in mind that the soft copy of image should support the size you require.

What are wall displays?

Wall displays are a constituted group of canvases that you can order .They are generally meant to cover the whole wall or an area of the room. You can order multiple images on multiple canvas grouping. When you select Wall Displays you have to then select between the different configurations of canvas.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we ship outside India.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Shine India Handicrafts strives to provide you the positive experience of shopping. It has 10 days return policy.

If you require a reprint or refund, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem (Try to be as descriptive as you can while sending defective image). Please contact us on support@shineindiaonline.in we will be happy to assist you.

Please make sure the products must be in their original condition.

Products should not have been used by you. Only unused, unsoiled, unaltered products with their original labels will be accepted.

Damage due to neglect, improper usage will not be covered under the return policy.

Depending upon your instruction the amount will be refunded or credited to customers bank account.

How can I check my order status?

We’ll send you an email on the verified email id and SMS on the verified contact number when we confirm your order. You can also check your My Orders page and check the below statuses respectively.

The different statuses on My Orders are:

PLACED: Your order is placed

DISPATCHED: Your item has been handed over to the courier

DELIVERED: Your item has been delivered

CANCELLED: Your order has been cancelled

REVERSED: Your request to return/replace is in process

RETURNED: You have returned your item and received refund

REPLACED: Your replacement request is complete

COURIER RETURNED: The item is returned to Shine India Handicrafts by the courier as undelivered

How can I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order, the status would show as Order Cancelled. Shine India Handicrafts cancels your order and  we will refund your money back. We regret once the order has been placed it can’t be modified rather it can be ordered again or cancelled.

How do I create a new account?

You can create your account by registering with Shine India Handicrafts. Simply Sign Up with shineindiahandicrafts.com and fill in your e-mail address and password in appropriate fields (reconfirm your password to ensure you have entered the password correctly to secure your account) and submit. Congratulations! You have created an account with Shine India Handicrafts Remember to sign in using your e-mail address and password next time you visit Shine India Handicrafts.

How do I track my product?

You will receive an e-mail from Shine India Handicrafts intimating shipment of your goods including a tracking number and the name of the courier company. After few hours of receiving the mail you can track your order by using tracking number provided by Shine India Handicrafts.

If you have not received any intimation regarding status of your product, you are requested to drop a mail at or contact us over telephone number and we will be pleased to help you.

I am unable to login. Help?

Do not worry. Sign In using your email address and press “forgot your password?”. You will receive an e-mail from Shine India Handicrafts with a One Time Password (OTP). Again, Sign In with your e-mail ID and One Time Password (OTP) provided by Shine India Handicrafts. There after go to “My Account” and reset your password and start using your account.

 

What are the different modes of payment available?

You can make the payment by following options: –

Debit Card

Credit Card

Netbanking

PayTm

PayuMoney

In case of payment failure there is no order placed upon Shine India Handicrafts. You may place the same order again. Please ensure while retrying.

  1. Information mentioned on the payment gateway is accurate.
  2. Billing address
  3. Account detail.
  4. Password (for Net-Banking)
  5. Be insure your internet connection did not disrupt during processing

C. The amount debited from your account after a payment failure will be rolled back in your account. For any clarification, you can email to us at support@shineindiaonline.com along with your order number.
